World’s Richest Man Now Accepting Bitcoin

While thousands of Americans were protesting on Wednesday, Elon Musk surpassed Jeff Bezos in becoming the world’s richest man as TESLA’s stock prices grew. Just recently towards the end of 2020, the Tesla CEO pondered the potential investment into Bitcoins. Elon Musk’s latest string of tweets indicate that as Bitcoin breaks through $40,000.00, he may begin to accept payments in Bitcoin.

Many have regretted not entering into the cryptocurrency market during the second bull rush that Bitcoin has experienced. The world’s richest man, Elon Musk, is no exception to that rule. Despite the history of volatility surrounding Bitcoin, even the SpaceX’s CEO says that it may be possible that cryptocurrencies will be used on Mars.

While the currency is still fairly new, investors have begun looking to it as a long-term form of investment and potential safe haven. Large institutions have already begun investing in it, and as a result the current bull rush that Bitcoin is currently having is what everyone see’s today. With the likes of Elon Musk looking towards Bitcoin for the future, this cryptocurrency may yet continue its road all the way up.
